Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Remote (Oncall rotation required) Develops and implements solutions integrating applications across the organization. Evaluates existing components and systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. Required Qualifications:
Strong expertise in healthcare data models and standards, such as HL7, XML, and/or FHIR Interface Engine Experience (Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Corepoint, etc.) Experience leading integration and conversion projects Strongly Preferred:
Healthcare Knowledge - Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical processes, and data exchange Experience in Epic, especially with Bridges and/or Interconnect Experience with NextGen Mirth Connect Experience with Git repository Experience with scripting and programming languages (Java, Script, PowerShell, Bash, C#) for data manipulation and automation. Experience with data modeling, data warehouse concepts, and data query language (SQL) Experience with Workday Reporting, Workday Studio, and Integrations ** Arkansas residency required Required Education:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Required Work Experience:
Related Field - 2 years of experience Required Certifications:
Valid and relevant certification aligned with the job responsibilities. Description:
1. Works with users, vendors, and other stakeholders to determine a project's specifications, interface design and architecture to develop the interfaces and other ETL solutions that meet organization needs. 2. Responsible for system integration coordination and administration of integrated systems, modules and integration applications. 3. Responsible for ETL solutions that allow for movement and transformation of data between systems. 4. Responsible for organizational integration technologies and platforms, interface configuration in a multi-system integration environment with packaged application customization, and custom integration development, with integration programming, analysis, coding, design development, configuration, implementation, testing, documentation, application programming and solution analysis, support, maintenance and troubleshooting. 5. Identifies potential areas of improvement for existing interfaces and propose/implement changes to improve those processes. 6. Provides end-user support for all interfaces and integration applications and accurately track and document issues. 7. Follows development guidelines and standards for system deployment, testing, revisions, and updates. 8. Implements automated system audits and other tools to create best practices. 9. Performs other duties as assigned.
