Workday Support Analyst/Business Analyst
We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong Workday and HRMS experience to support end-users during a major system rollout. This role is hands-on, focused on helping users navigate the platform, set up schedules, enter time, and resolve issues. You'll also help document processes and create clear, user-friendly SOPs and training materials. Location: New England ONLY (ME, NH, MA, RI, VT, CT) On-site availability preferred for some roles (approx. 25%) Top Skills
Workday experience (HRMS exp. strongly preferred) 3+ years as a Business Analyst or in a similar support/documentation role Experience supporting end-users during system rollouts or transitions Strong communication skills ability to explain tech in plain language Proven ability to create SOPs, process maps, and training guides Skilled in business process analysis and workflow modeling Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) Familiar with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Soft Skills Matter Most

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
