Logan Health Medical Center Kalispell, Montana Schedule: Night Shift Variable Hours | Full-Time 40 Hours Your Role
As a CT Scan Technologist, you'll utilize advanced, non-invasive computerized medical technology to take detailed CT images, helping diagnose, evaluate, and treat a wide range of medical conditions. You'll work with a supportive and dynamic team while also gaining valuable skills in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment. Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate CT examinations, ensuring all techniques align with ACR standards and ALARA principles. Manage patient history and ensure proper preparation for exams. Administer venipuncture techniques and maintain I-stat competencies. Communicate with patients, ensuring they understand the procedure and post-exam instructions. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper stock management in the department. Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns as per department protocols. What You Need
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (required). Montana State Radiologic Technologist License (required). Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the ARRT (required). Current BLS CPR certification (required). Current Computed Tomography (CT) certification by ARRT (preferred), OR must be successfully obtained within 18 months of hire (required). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for patient care and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
