Senior Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer who will join our team. We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our enterprise network infrastructure. In this senior-level role, you'll ensure the security, stability, and performance of our global network systems across IT and OT environments. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in network engineering and security, along with strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. In this role you will: Act as a top-level escalation point for complex or chronic incidents, providing expert support and guiding Network Operations toward rapid resolution. Lead third-level network incident management efforts with a focus on restoring service quickly and effectively. Work with third-party vendors to resolve recurring issues tied to hardware, firmware, and misconfigurations. Plan, design, and implement secure, scalable, and highly available network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, Remote Access, AWS/Cloud). Evaluate and recommend new network technologies, tools, and solutions. Support lifecycle management of network hardware/software, including patching and vulnerability management. Mentor and grow a high-performing network engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise network strategy aligned with business objectives and technology trends. Partner with cybersecurity teams to architect and implement robust security frameworks, with a focus on securing OT (Operational Technology) and ICS (Industrial Control Systems) environments. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), maintaining a strong governance posture across both IT and OT networks. Lead incident response efforts for network-related threats, coordinating root cause analysis, containment, and recovery for both IT and OT environments. Collaborate with security operations to develop and maintain tailored OT threat detection and response playbooks, ensuring rapid and effective incident handling. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., applications, systems, security) to ensure network alignment with enterprise goals. Interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements and lead network service implementation projects. Work closely with peer IT organizations to ensure alignment on technology direction and operations. What you'll need to be successful: Bachelor's Degree, Information Technology, Network Engineering 7 - 10 Years of experience preferred Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in network design, support, and implementation. Strong experience with Cisco, Meraki, Arista, Fortinet, and AWS network services. Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and team development. Deep understanding of both IT and OT network architectures and security practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Preferred Certifications & Skills: CCNP or CCIE certification (highly desired). AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty. Experience leading large-scale network projects and managing cross-functional teams. Familiarity with network governance and compliance frameworks (NIST, etc.)
