Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr ABOUT OUR CLIENT: MP's client is in Atlanta, GA and has a mission to create a vibrant community of successful professional photographers by providing education, resources, and industry standards of excellence. MP's client has been in business for more than 150 years and while times change, their dedication to serving the members of the photography community remains constant. They are a partner, advocate and guide for photographers navigating the increasingly complex business of photography. They are also one of the world's largest nonprofit photography associations that is organized to help professional photographers with over 30,000 current members in more than 50 countries. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Data Analyst will be responsible for making data work in an effort to enhance the experiences of the organization and its stakeholders. Job Responsibilities : Analyze data from various platforms, including NetForum (customer management software), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hotjar, and social media platforms. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that help the team optimize strategies and enhance our offerings for members. Provide actionable insights from data to inform decision-making across different departments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data solutions to improve services and outcomes. Continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a non-profit or membership-based organization. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, and social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to present complex data insights clearly.
