Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Lead CMDB Developer to join their team. As a Lead CMDB Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Lead CMDB Developer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000 with a 10% yearly bonus

What's the Job?

Develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows, forms, and business rules.

Participate actively in Agile-related meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Design, code, debug, and maintain solutions efficiently while ensuring compliance with technical standards.

Support onboarding of complex technologies into the CMDB and maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle data.

Coordinate application and platform upgrades for ITAM/Configuration Management modules.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of 5 years hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, specifically with CMDB and ITAM.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and workflow design, including JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred.
