Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer - Software Asset Management (SAM) to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Asset Management team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

ServiceNow Developer - Software Asset Management (SAM)

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000 (plus 10% yearly bonus)

What's the Job?

Be the technical expert in supporting IT by configuring ITAM processes using ServiceNow best practices.

Perform design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow focusing on ITAM modules.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality and maintainability of solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience.

At least 5 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow Platform.

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development frameworks.

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM suite and implementation/customization of ITAM/ITSM modules.

Current certifications with ServiceNow (highly preferred).
