Clinic Lpn Scheduler
CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call! Responsibilities Scheduling procedure appointments for patients to include: Creating (from template) instructions from a completed questionnaire. Enter medication for the upcoming procedure (when needed). Other duties as assigned. Verifying patient information: Confirming patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details. Communicating with patients and healthcare teams: Communicating appointment details, handling inquiries, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Managing pre-procedure calls and reminders: Creating, and sending out patient instructions for the scheduled procedure. During the pre-procedure call, they will review patients instructions ensuring patients receive necessary information for the scheduled procedure. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association Completion of IV Therapy Course From primary to specialty care as well as walk-in and virtual services CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
