Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting the deployment of Windows 11 across both new and existing devices. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring a seamless migration process and providing technical assistance to end users during and after the transition. Responsibilities: Oversee the installation and deployment of Windows 11 on new devices, ensuring proper configuration and functionality. Manage the upgrade process from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for existing devices. Deliver comprehensive technical support to end users, addressing issues and questions during and post-migration. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Windows 11 deployment and migration. Educate end users on Windows 11 features, settings, and functionalities to enhance their experience. Collaborate with the technical support team to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition. Develop and maintain clear documentation for technical support policies, procedures, and practices, including user guides and FAQs. Provide consistent and positive customer service while working effectively in a team environment. Utilize endpoint management tools like Autopilot or Intune to configure, test, and deploy devices. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role, with proven expertise in Windows operating system deployments and migrations. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 features, troubleshooting techniques, and settings. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common software suites. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals such as Exchange, Azure, and Office 365. Proficiency in device endpoint management tools like Autopilot or Intune. Solid understanding of Active Directory, including group policy management and user administration. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of responsibility in all interactions.
