We are currently seeking an experienced
Logistics Coordinator
to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth scheduling and transportation of shipments, both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule domestic truck shipments to and from vendors
Coordinate the routing, tracking, and timely delivery of shipments
Communicate with warehouses to confirm freight readiness
Prepare and manage shipping documentation (bills of lading, labels, invoices, etc.)
Ensure accurate record-keeping for all shipments
Qualifications & Experience:
Required: Experience with domestic and international shipping logistics
Strong understanding of freight coordination and scheduling
Familiarity with carriers like
FedEx
and
UPS
Proficiency in preparing
commercial invoices ,
bills of lading , and export documentation
Working knowledge of
UPS WorldShip
and freight distribution systems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred: Experience with ERP systems
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Prior exposure to front-end logistics and warehouse operations
