This long-term contract position requires a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and expertise in business intelligence tools. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable data insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions, including reports and data visualizations, to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into impactful reports and dashboards. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data processing to produce high-quality visualizations and reporting outputs. Manage and support enterprise data warehouse migration projects while maintaining data integrity. Develop and maintain automated processes and tools to enhance reporting efficiency. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to reporting tools. Ensure all reporting solutions adhere to security and privacy standards. Participate in special projects, providing ad hoc analysis and insights as needed. Continuously improve data governance practices, including master data management and security protocols. Requirements: Proven experience in business analysis with a focus on financial reporting and data visualization. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and other business intelligence tools. Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and security standards. Experience with data warehousing and enterprise reporting systems. Ability to gather and document requirements effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Skilled in automating reporting processes using tools like Power Automate. Familiarity with financial reporting concepts and practices. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
