Job Responsibilities Document the architecture and design, providing direction to the development teams for implementation. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, integration teams, and downstream systems to implement technical solutions aligned with requirements, following the architecture and design. Lead and participate in System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests. Analyze and resolve application issues promptly. Review and analyze business requirements, providing feedback to functional domain architects/POs in line with the product vision. Requirements Years of experience: 10+ Years Mandatory Skills: Experience implementing Salesforce applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Call Center, Chatter, Einstein, and AppExchange applications. Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and development, including Flows, Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components (Aura or LWC). Proven ability to design and implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable applications. Experience with data mapping and migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.com. Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Snowflake, ServiceMesh, and other SaaS applications using integration platforms. Ability to design and implement solutions beyond Salesforce platform using Heroku/AWS and languages like Python or Node.js. Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes for Salesforce projects, using approaches like Scratch Org or Sandbox. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both technical and business teams. Nice to Have Experience integrating enterprise software systems like Chorus, Gainsight, Outreach, and Seismic. Experience designing and managing inbound data connections with Snowflake or AWS data marts. Experience architecting integrations with ERP/NetSuite, Data Warehouses, and eCommerce platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
