Four-Year Institution Position: Senior Human Resources Generalist

UC Riverside's Planning, Budget & Administration is recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The full salary range for this position is $75,900 - $137,300 annually, with an expected pay scale up to $91,250. Salary offers depend on education, licensure, experience, and organizational needs. The Senior HR Generalist supports the PB&A organization as part of the Administrative Services and Strategic Executive Team (ASSET). Reporting to the Director of Human Resources & HRBP, this role involves advising management on workforce planning, salary actions, job descriptions, and recruitment. It is also the first point of contact for employee and labor relations within supported units. This position gathers and analyzes HR data for PB&A management and the Office of the Vice Chancellor. It requires collaboration with central HR, PB&A departments, ASSET PWA, and other university units to deliver HR services effectively.
