Information Systems Consultant I Onsite Only - Kanawha County Classified-Exempt At WorkForce WV, this position is in the Mid-Atlantic Career Consortium (MACC) Operations and Performance unit. This position is physically located in the Charleston office. Provides end user support to members of the public related to their accounts. Supports and documents processes for call center staff to assist the public with self-service resolution. Provides end users perspective on JOBS enhancements by identifying common use cases. Test changes with programming team based on user requests and documentation. Collaborates with other agency technical staff in Unemployment Insurance. Provides general technical support for JOBS/MACC related systems as needed. Performs related work as required. This is an onsite only position.
