Equine Custodian
The Equine Custodian position is a part-time role focused on the care and management of horses. The custodian will be responsible for various tasks related to the feeding, exercise, and health monitoring of the horses, ensuring their well-being and safety in a school environment.
Responsibilities
The custodian will be responsible for various tasks related to the feeding, exercise, and health monitoring of the horses, ensuring their well-being and safety in a school environment Feed and water horses Clean stalls Turn out and recover horses Lunge and exercise horses Work with younger horses - leading, lunging, exercising Administer supplements Administer medication as needed Recognize illness and injury of horses Operate tractor with manure spreader Perform visual inspections of fences and paddocks Other duties may be assigned Qualifications
Knowledge and ability to work with horses High School Diploma or GED Position Details:
Flexible Hours & Schedule, Multiple locations and positions available. Part-Time weekends, holidays and school breaks.
Pay is $19.23 per/hr.
