Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar , coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and events with accuracy and efficiency Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, partners, and investors Prepare and review executive-level

documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring quality and confidentiality; Organize domestic and international travel , including logistics, flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries; Support board meetings by preparing agendas, materials, meeting minutes, and tracking follow-ups; Ensure the smooth flow of sensitive information and documents with

discretion and professionalism; Assist with administrative tasks related to office operations and executive routines.

Skills & Competencies:

Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Clear, diplomatic, and effective communication—both written and verbal Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and organizational tools (Outlook, calendars, etc.)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Executive Assistance, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus) Experience in international corporate or high-level executive environments Residency in Miami or availability for full-time on-site work Valid U.S. visa or work authorization
