Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for a
part-time role
with purpose? We’re looking for a
Medical Records Technician
to join our onsite team in Reston, VA to support a high-impact educational program.
This role involves handling
confidential records
(e.g., medical forms, eligibility documentation) - scanning, logging, and securely storing documents that support testing accommodations for students.
Key Responsibilities: Open, sort, and log incoming mail and faxes Scan documents into a digital system and perform quality checks Safely file or dispose of physical records Support small internal projects related to document tracking and process improvement
Who We’re Looking For: Someone
local to Reston, VA
and available for onsite work (Tuesdays are required) A person
seeking part-time work by choice , ideally with prior experience in: Scanning/imaging Mailroom operations Medical or secure document handling Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized Comfortable with tools like
Smartsheet
and
Microsoft Office
Hours may vary slightly based on volume (especially around fall deadlines). Opportunity to contribute to a
