The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to members of the executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex and dynamic calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for multiple C-suite executives. Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, professionally representing executives to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Organize and coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, and confidential meetings with discretion and precision. Proactively manage priorities, anticipate needs, and provide thoughtful solutions to support executive effectiveness. Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables for leadership initiatives. Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration across departments. Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. Mentor or lead junior administrative staff when necessary. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a corporate or high-growth environment. Proven experience working with and supporting C-suite leaders (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple high-priority tasks with accuracy and calm under pressure. A team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and a reputation for reliability. Strategic thinker who brings proactive insight and leadership to the role—not just task execution. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
