8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential for 30 minutes of flexibility in either direction Work Arrangement:
Onsite Salary: $75,000/yr + based on experience This role will involve supporting the President, who has recently moved into the President role and whose responsibilities now include significant travel. The position will also provide support to another President, the CFO, and the CDO.

The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support our President and executive leadership team with precision, discretion, and purpose. This is a high-visibility role where trust, consistency, and strategic thinking are key. You’ll be the right hand to our top leaders—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Must-Haves
At least 3+ years of executive assistant experience Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational and communication skills High emotional intelligence and professional discretion Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm and confidence A proactive mindset and a passion for making things happen

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the President and executive leadership Manage calendars, travel, and communications with efficiency and confidentiality Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and follow-ups Prepare reports, presentations, and materials with polish and accuracy Serve as a liaison across departments, helping drive alignment and execution Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
