Annual Salary: $46,000 - $51,000 Work Location: In-Office Work Days: Monday – Friday Work Time: 8am to 5pm Description BC Flight, an Air Charter Broker focused on providing an excellent client service, is searching for an experienced Administrative Specialist at our office located at Oakland-Waterford Airport. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is well-organized, professional and ensures tasks are completed timely. This individual will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently, while providing excellent support across a range of administrative functions. The primary responsibilities will be flight requests, administrative support for marketing and administrative support for the company medium jet. Job Responsibilities Include: ·

Submitting requests for client flights to partners, compile and confirm accuracy before providing for review by manager – this is a critical responsibility ·

Support marketing from an administrative standpoint such as coordinating with advertisers and updating social media with provided copy and media ·

Support manager in aircraft management tasks which include scheduling pilots, scheduling maintenance and other various items which will be directed by manager ·

Review pilot expense reports to ensure they are accurate and submitted timely ·

Provide travel booking and logistics support, booking airline tickets as necessary ·

General administrative, clerical work, overnight packages and mail handling ·

Other duties and special projects as needed and assigned ·

Serve as backup support for fellow team members

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities to be successful include: ·

Above average computer skills; Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ·

Above average written and verbal communication skills ·

Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively and efficiently ·

Friendly, professional and polite demeanor ·

Strong team player with a collaborative attitude ·

Organized and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Minimum Five years of experience in a corporate or professional setting Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred Prior Aviation Experience is NOT required for this position Benefits: ·
