Denver-based leading General Contractor

specializing in

ground-up multifamily construction

across Colorado and the Western U.S. Known for quality, innovation, and long-standing client relationships, the company is expanding its leadership team to support a growing pipeline of podium, wrap, and garden-style projects.

Position Overview: The

Project Executive

is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale multifamily projects from preconstruction through delivery. This individual will manage client relationships, lead internal teams, and drive operational excellence while upholding the company’s high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple multifamily construction projects ($50M–$150M+) simultaneously Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and risk management at the executive level Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project setup Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to spec Promote safety, mentor team members, and foster a culture of accountability Provide strategic input to company leadership on operations and client development

Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in construction, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity Proven track record managing

ground-up multifamily

projects (podium, wrap, garden) Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and budgets Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple project teams and maintain high performance Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
