Job Title: Project Executive – Multifamily Construction &##128205; Compensation: $200,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits

We are representing a Denver-based leading General Contractor specializing in ground-up multifamily construction across Colorado and the Western U.Known for quality, innovation, and long-standing client relationships, the company is expanding its leadership team to support a growing pipeline of podium, wrap, and garden-style projects.
The Project Executive is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale multifamily projects from preconstruction through delivery. This individual will manage client relationships, lead internal teams, and drive operational excellence while upholding the company’s high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Lead multiple multifamily construction projects ($50M–$150M+) simultaneously
Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and risk management at the executive level
Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project setup
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to spec
Provide strategic input to company leadership on operations and client development
Proven track record managing ground-up multifamily projects (podium, wrap, garden)
~ Ability to manage multiple project teams and maintain high performance
~ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
