Maintenance Manager
(HVAC/Robotics/High Temp)
to lead our maintenance and reliability operations at our advanced manufacturing facility.

Summary: This role is essential to ensuring uptime, efficiency, and safety across all plant equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in industrial maintenance, preventative programs, and team development. Manage across all shifts, including Maintenance and Calibration (45 Mechanics and Electricians). On-Call Yes, however rarely something that requires being onsite, usually just answering texts or calls.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, and facility systems Attend morning changeover meetings, review work orders, troubleshoot problems, manager PM’s for the day, manage budget and spare parts Develop, implement, and optimize predictive and preventative maintenance strategies Supervise and mentor a skilled team of maintenance technicians and contractors Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal safety protocols Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and lead root-cause analysis initiatives Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality departments to support operational goals Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data integrity Lead continuous improvement projects focused on reliability and asset utilization
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (preferred) 5+ years in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial setting HVAC (general maintenance and servicing large facilities) Robotics (automation, troubleshooting and service) Preventative maintenance, working in high temperature areas and around high pressure machines/chemicals Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs Proven experience implementing PM and TPM programs Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and reliability-centered maintenance Proficient with CMMS and maintenance KPI tracking
