Receptionist / Office Manager
to be the face and heartbeat of our Midtown Manhattan office. This is a full-time, in-office role supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless, professional environment for staff and guests alike. What You’ll Do Greet guests, answer phones, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and liaise with building management Assist with scanning, printing, dictation, and meeting material prep Support the Accountant with accounts payable and expense reconciliations Handle certified mail and shipping logistics Provide basic IT support and assist with ad hoc projects What We’re Looking For Experience:
3+ years in an in-office administrative or office management role Skills:
Strong computer literacy, excellent communication, and organizational skills Traits:
Punctual, trustworthy, tidy, professional, intuitive, and receptive to feedback Work Ethic:
