Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service Assist in building and developing a strong team through training, scheduling, and coaching Maintain product levels and rotate stock to ensure availability Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance of the coffee and food service areas Operate cash register efficiently Support food service operations and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Education:
High School or GED Minimum Experience:
1 year retail or food service experience Preferred Skills:
ServSafe/Food Safety certification (not mandatory) Soft Skills
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills High energy and adaptability Team-oriented and willing to help others Basic computer skills Additional Details
This is a full-time position with varied hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various temperatures. Uniforms are provided for food safety. This job posting is active and accepting applications.
