What You’ll Do
Run the internal credit underwriting and approval process on new deals Manage the due diligence process with clients and third parties (legal counsel, industry experts, third-party consultants, etc) Collaborate on defining the optimal structure, pricing, and distribution strategy for new transactions Negotiate credit documentation with clients and legal counsel Ongoing risk management and monitoring of existing portfolio positions
How You’ll Lead
Client interaction in high profile transactions with leading Corporates in the region Proactive and independent management of internal deal approval process with Credit, Legal and Compliance functions Lead the effort with the syndication team on the distribution of transactions with international and regional banks, EM credit investors and other credit market participants
Skills You’ll Need
Credit analysis and corporate finance proficiency Structuring and documentation competence Cash flow modeling skills Due diligence expertise Experience negotiating credit structures and terms with clients

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English and Spanish or Portuguese) Collaboration and teamwork skills are necessary Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work in a dynamic environment
Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is$187.5K to $307.5K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. What You’ll Do
