Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions Architect and Implementation Lead This role involves full-cycle software implementation responsibilities, including designing, documenting, configuring, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The candidate must have core HR expertise, extensive Oracle technical skills, and experience with project implementations. Responsibilities: Facilitate global design agreements and document client processes. Adapt solutions for localizations and specific business needs. Develop testing strategies and identify project risks. Provide technical support and demonstrate strong communication skills. Requirements: Core HR expertise with experience in Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, or Recruiting.
