Job DescriptionJob Description Overview: We are seeking an experienced& Technical Lead/Project Manager & for a technology-driven business line located in Tampa, FL . This is a hybrid role that requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in ecosystem management, project coordination, and IT governance . The ideal candidate will effectively manage technical intake processes , prioritize dependencies, and support enterprise standards. & Key Responsibilities: Oversee the ecosystem of applications within the business line, managing dependencies and lifecycle upgrades. Conduct project coordination and manage communication across infrastructure and application development teams. Maintain dashboard reporting (Power BI, Tableau) for tracking progress, metrics, and risk items. Ensure compliance with IT governance, risk remediation, and vulnerability management . Promote enterprise standards and reduce the use of non-compliant technologies within projects. Manage the technical intake process , evaluate feasibility, and prioritize incoming requests. Facilitate training and information-sharing across development teams to enhance efficiency. Track and resolve infrastructure dependencies , ensuring alignment with platform and application teams. Provide regular updates to leadership via steering committees and business reviews . Monitor ecosystem performance and proactively identify bottlenecks or vulnerabilities. & Must-Have Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in IT Management and Application Architecture . Strong understanding of ecosystem management, lifecycle upgrades, and technical dependencies . Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau , or internal enterprise dashboard tools. Experience with IT governance, risk remediation, and vulnerability management . Ability to manage technical intake processes and evaluate impact and feasibility. Knowledge of project tracking tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Rally . Familiarity with CI/CD and automation practices . Advanced communication skills for leadership reporting and stakeholder alignment . & Experience: Experience in ecosystem monitoring and performance management .
