In this role, you will support, monitor, and maintain existing interfaces, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. You will work within the Medical Devices Digital Solutions organization, ensuring that integration processes meet quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Integration Support: Serve as the primary contact for integration initiatives between medical device platforms and clinical systems. Support, monitor, and maintain existing interfaces, resolving issues promptly. Technical & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication between IT and business stakeholders. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, utilizing your understanding of healthcare data standards and integration engines. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and system updates. Project Support: Assist in supporting project deliverables and meeting deadlines as per the full job description. Education and Experience Required: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of five years in a healthcare integration analyst or engineer role. Understanding of healthcare data standards and frameworks such as HL7 v2, CCDA, FHIR, IHE profiles, SMART on FHIR. Experience with integration engine services like Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, InterSystems, and Corepoint.
