General Surgeon- Full-Time Opportunity GV (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center - Jackson, MS The GV (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, is seeking a dedicated General Surgeon to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), providing up to $200,000 in student loan reimbursement for qualified candidates. Position Highlights: Provides guidance and clinical supervision for the nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and health technicians assigned to the Surgical Service when appropriate. Provides guidance and supervision for the medical students and residents assigned to the Surgical Service Participates and attends medical center committee meetings as assigned by the Chief, Surgical Service in his/her absence.
