- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with 36 hours patient care and 4 hours admin time
- Average 18 patients per day 10 patients per 4-hour session
- Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting
- EMR: Epic
- Experience with chronic pain, addiction medicine, and behavioral health required
- Patient population includes pediatric through geriatric care
- Panel management experience in primary care setting required
- Charts must be completed same day within clinic hours
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
- We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
