Job Summary:
Medical City Alliance is seeking a collaborative and experienced Obgyn to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital-based setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while ensuring the program meets clinical and operational goals
- Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director and hospital leadership to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers
- Build strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration
- Support program financial performance in collaboration with hospital and division leadership
Qualifications:
- Board certification required
- Texas medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication
- At least two years of clinical experience preferred, leadership experience a plus
