Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Summary: Medical City Alliance is seeking a collaborative and experienced Obgyn to serve as the Site Director of OB Hospitalists. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician who values clinical excellence, team development, and compassionate care in a hospital-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while ensuring the program meets clinical and operational goals Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director and hospital leadership to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers Build strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and administration Support program financial performance in collaboration with hospital and division leadership

Qualifications:

Board certification required Texas medical license or ability to obtain Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and communication At least two years of clinical experience preferred, leadership experience a plus
