Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN GME program director to join our 24-resident program in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain one
• Must be certified in ABOG or AOBOG
• At least three years of documented residency program leadership experience
• Willing to share administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50)
• Strong administrative and team-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ongoing scholarly activity expected
• Prior experience as a chief resident or core faculty encouraged
