Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on various metals and materials. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols. Set up welding machines and select appropriate materials and methods. Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications. Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools. Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with TIG, MIG, or Stick welding. Ability to read technical drawings and welding blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various positions (standing, bending, etc.). Welding certification preferred but not required.
