In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, assisting in the treatment and recovery of patients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional healthcare services, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout their hospital stay. Responsibilities: - Assess and monitor patient health by tracking vital signs and medical histories.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in their condition. Qualifications: - Current RN license in the state of practice.- Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications preferred.
