General Statement of Duties: Orthopedic surgeon. Board eligible or board certified with fellowship training or acceptable experience in desired subspecialty.
Essential Duties:
Provides physician services appropriate to American Board of Orthopedic Surgery standards. Complies with OrthoIndy group policies and by laws.
Requirements:
- MD or DO required
- Indiana State Licensure required
- Board certification required
- BLS certification required
- No prior experience necessary. Preferred fellowship and residency training. Required training in orthopedics. No experience is required beyond fellowship and residency training.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred. 1-10 years of experience beyond fellowship and residency training acceptable.
