CNC Lathe Setup Machinist
Twin City Staffing is seeking a CNC lathe setup machinist for a well-established company in Fridley, MN. Location: Fridley, MN
Wage: $25 - $40/hr (depending on experience)
Hours: 1st shift: Monday Thursday, 5:00 am 3:30 pm
Overtime available on Fridays

Duties of the CNC lathe setup machinist:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Perform tool changes and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts with precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot machining issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements of the CNC lathe setup machinist:
- Previous CNC lathe setup and operation experience
- Proficiency in reading blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of G&M codes
- Experience with MasterCAM (preferred)
- CAM experience
