We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our office operations by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, maintaining files, handling correspondence, and assisting other staff members with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Assist in preparing and proofreading reports, letters, and other documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in another administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
