Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete special projects as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
