Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
