QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Appropriately discuss aesthetic procedures, skin care services, and/or products with prospective patients over the phone; encourages them to schedule an appointment; or transfers to an appropriate team member who can assist them
- Schedules appointments for multiple providers, greets guests and provides appropriate registration paperwork for the appointment/procedure.
- Collects payments for consultations and spa services
- Completes additional daily cleaning, stocking, and organizing tasks as needed
- Must be available to work Thursday - Saturday
