Join our dynamic team as a Construction Laborer, operating on a state-of-the-art project. The role involves assisting with site cleanup, temporary fence construction, picking up trash, operating floor scrubbers, and refueling generators for lights. The work schedule is from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory work on Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

  Assist with site cleanup and temporary fence construction.

  n

• n

  Collect and dispose of trash.

  n

• n

  Operate floor scrubbers and refuel generators for lights.

  n

• n

  Work collaboratively in teams of five, under the guidance of a team lead and area foreman.

  n

• n

  Ensure preparedness by arriving at the site by 6:00 AM for pre-shift preparation.

n

Essential Skills

n

n
• n

  4+ years of recent, relevant experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to lift 30-50 lbs, with team-lift for heavier weights.

  n
n
• n

  Capability to stand for extended periods and maneuver stairs (4+ flights per day).

  n
n
• n

  Ability to walk 10+ miles per day.

  n
n

n

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• n

  Ability to operate skid steers and front-end loaders.

  n

• n

  Experience in operating floor scrubbers.

  n

• n

  Carpentry and concrete skills are advantageous.
