Project Manager | 79-Unit Townhome Development | Downtown Las Vegas, NV | $105,000–$140,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction and delivery of a 79-unit townhome development in Downtown Las Vegas. This is a prime opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in residential or multifamily ground-up projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, vendors, subcontractors, and construction timelines.
- Ensure quality control, site safety, and compliance with project plans, specifications, and local codes.
- Collaborate with ownership, architects, engineers, and city inspectors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and budget tracking to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues promptly to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain and drive project schedules to meet key milestone completion dates.
- Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders accurately.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects.
- Residential or multifamily housing development experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, contracts, and local regulations.
- Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple trades and complex schedules.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $105,000–$140,000 , commensurate with experience.
