Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction/Elevator Project Manager  to lead multiple elevator construction and modernization projects in the Las Vegas area. This role demands both technical expertise in vertical transportation systems and strong project leadership skills. You’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle—managing schedules, budgets, crews, and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee elevator construction and modernization projects from contract award to turnover.
  • Coordinate schedules, field labor, and material deliveries to keep jobs on track.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and applicable codes (ASME A17.1, IBC, NEC, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company policies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or cost impacts.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management; elevator industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of elevator systems and construction processes.
  • Proficient in blueprint, shop drawing, and specification reading.
  • Familiarity with ASME A17.1 and other applicable building codes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; scheduling software experience a plus.
