JOB SUMMARY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:


Responsible for providing administrative support within Business Operations for multiple Gas Distribution Scheduling locations. The Administrative Assistant may be working in these areas: Gas Distribution scheduling support, Manager support or special projects.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:


  • Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting.
  • MDOT permit processing.
  • Processing of Gas Distribution site checks.
  • Processing permit requests for various municipalities.
  • Submission of Miss Dig Tickets.
  • Verbal and written customer communication / coordination for Gas Distribution work.


SKILLS PREFERED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:


  • SAP Front/Back Office
  • Plotter and Scanner operation (preferred)
