Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their client's non-profit organization in California. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to the CEO and the Board of Directors, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage communication for the CEO, including both incoming and outgoing messages.
  • Handle calendar management for the CEO and the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare for monthly and quarterly meetings as required by the board.
  • Take regular meeting minutes and distribute them accordingly.
  • Assist with preparing and auditing files for record maintenance.
  • Handle confidential information between the CEO and internal departments with discretion.
  • Support event planning for annual fundraisers, department events, and regular meetings.
  • Take on ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience supporting C-Suite executives and Board of Directors.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • Non-profit experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to organize and manage prioritization.
  • Key time management skills.
Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $30 - $36 per hour
