Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a front desk role that plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment while providing essential administrative and clerical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls; check and return voicemail messages
- Manage front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries
- Order and restock office supplies, snacks, and beverages for a two-floor office
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Schedule, plan, and support internal meetings and office lunches
- Provide administrative support, including preparing executive expense reports and making travel arrangements
- Assist with other administrative tasks and office operations as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of prior administrative or front desk support experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with online expense reporting tools such as Concur is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
Schedule:
- Hours are 7:45 - 4:30pm CST
- Onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays. Initial training period may require full onsite attendance during the first month.
