This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). 3-6 Month Contract Opportunity About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a professional services organization in St. Paul that is seeking a polished and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day front office operations. This is a temporary role with potential for temp-to-hire, offering a dynamic and friendly work environment for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in an office setting. Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the overall functionality of a busy professional office. This role includes traditional administrative tasks along with office coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, upbeat, and confident managing a variety of responsibilities with a high level of independence. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors Maintain and reorder office supplies, snacks, and kitchen items for multiple floors Coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and office-wide communications Manage incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries Partner with the Office Manager on special projects and serve as backup when needed Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting using Concur Collaborate with internal teams and building staff for facility needs Take ownership of the office space—helping create a welcoming and efficient environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
