This role partners closely with the Executive Chef and plays a key part in daily operations, staff development, and creative menu execution. Responsibilities
- Oversee and support daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and mentor line cooks and prep staff
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and service flow
- Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal planning
- Monitor food inventory, purchasing, and food cost
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years hotel events experience a must
- Strong kitchen leadership and communication skills
- Culinary technique and food safety knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
