Overview
Synergy Direct Response is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of client marketing campaigns. This key role manages projects from concept through completion, working closely with clients, Account Executives, internal teams, and external vendors.
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering results. Experience in financial services is a plus.
This is a full-time, hybrid position , offering flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a strong connection with our in-house team
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, including direct mail, email, interactive, and print campaigns
- Lead internal and external kick-off meetings, client check-ins, and vendor site visits
- Coordinate effectively across creative, data, and production teams to ensure flawless execution
- Access and utilize online data platforms to run counts, download files, suppress and/or merge files, assign tracking mechanisms, and prepare data for variable output
- Review and assist in the proofing and approval of creative materials
- Conduct press checks and ensure quality assurance at each stage
- Manage campaign budgets, estimates, inventory, billing, and timelines
- Analyze campaign data and produce actionable reports for internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and dependable delivery
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and agency partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing direct marketing campaigns , including direct mail, email, and print
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, data, and production teams
- Deep understanding of print production, postal regulations, and data-driven marketing strategies
- Agency experience is preferred, especially in managing multiple accounts in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Proven client relationship management and leadership abilities
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities and fast-paced project timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus
